The tile press is divided into two parts, the roller table forming part and the cutter part. The forming part of the roller table is dragged by the motor, and the chain drives the rollers to rotate. The cutter part is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move the cutter up and down, which can cut off the colored steel tile.
The production process is as follows: the colored steel plate enters the forming part of the roller table, the roll is driven by the conveyor motor for transmission, and the length is counted by the encoder at the same time, and when the processing length reaches the set length, it is cut by the hydraulic cutter part.
Third, the status quo of the tile press control system
At present, the control system of the tile press adopts the scheme of PLC + text + inverter, PLC is responsible for various logic control and length calculation, the text can complete the parameter setting, alarm display, help information, production data display, etc., the inverter controls the transmission of the roll motor, only to implement the start-stop control and speed control that accepts the PLC.
The problem with the current method is low efficiency and poor accuracy. Because the inverter uses two stages of speed to approximate and complete the length control, it is easy to overshoot when the set speed is high, the accuracy is difficult to control, and the processing efficiency cannot be satisfied when the set speed is low. Moreover, the start and stop of the inverter is slow, which also affects the production efficiency.
